David “Fishhawk” Ostrowski is the designated Registered Agent for ACQTC, Inc. He works with David Wagner as they seek answers to our ancient past. Fishhawk is an engineer and a very gifted artist, as well. The painting shown here was one of his first attempts. He had never tried art before but the artifacts they have found inspired him and now he is depicting our past with flare.
