Grandma Red-Squirrel

Grandma Red-Squirrel passed on after her second long battle with cancer, after it spread to her brain and lung.

Red-Squirrel devoted her elder years to working with disadvantaged inner-city youths, taking them deep into the Rocky Mountains where she taught them how to be one of the true Native human beings. She co-founded The Thunderbird Society and Four Directions Institute.

Her family and her ACQTC family will miss her and we will honor her loving memory for the next seven generations

Aunt Toni Night-Eagle

Toni Night-Eagle was a very active and talented woman. She was a master craftswoman and had made many dresses and powwow regalia for her people. In fact the dress and moccasins she wears in this photo were hand-made by her.

Aunt Toni was taken from us way before her time. Her family and her ACQTC family will all miss her very much; but we will honor her, as well, for the next seven generations.
